Welcome to the new and improved TheSnowWay.com v5.0. The site’s theme was updated from a hacked version of Kubrick to a significantly less hacked version of Twentyeleven. In the next week or two, you may notice a few additional changes as I dial in the style sheet. This was an unplanned acceleration of the theme change over schedule so please comment to report any bugs you notice. Thanks!

I like it.
I believe that I looked at that style for my own Ski Mad World, I have a list somewhere for the SMW 2.0.
I like it too, though I miss the old pic of the tram. Nice look and the MTW photo is more in keeping with your ethos.
OK, I get it now. The header picture changes…
(Insert 3 clapping emoticon guys here.)
Thanks, guys.
A different version of the Jay Tram is there. Unfortunately, I lost many of my unedited full size pictures recently. I still have resized versions that are hosted on TSW. But I need to crop the original full size to get the old Jay tram pic back. The new header image is almost twice the size of the old theme so I couldn’t reuse the existing header image. The new Jay tram pic is pretty good, just a different perspective.
I am not entirely happy with the rotation of images. I used Saddleback and Sugarloaf as fillers until I can get more. And I wanted a more full range shot of Cannon with the Franconia Ridge. Two Tuckerman shots is one too many. And I want more action shots. I’ll be shooting pictures many days this season with intent of capturing better header images.
I love the rotating pictures. The pictures look great. Greg does the same thing on the FIS site.
One of my plans was to try this myself when I’m done with the setup of all the other stuff. The picture I used happened to fit perfectly in my header when I received via email. I tried it…and liked it…and it stayed.
