Found your site earlier this season and have enjoyed all of your reports over the course of the winter but this one put the biggest smile on my face without a question. Excellent!
Thanks for the comment, John! This is not my normal approach but I think that is one reason why it stands out so much. Besides, the trip report literally wrote itself!
Nice…. I was up there the day before and grabbed a few runs. It sounds like this weekend will be the swan song for lift served at Jay. I bailed and went to GOS on Sunday and it was pretty spectacular. This will be the first time in a few years that I haven’t closed out Jay. Have fun if you go this weekend.
It’s great to see Jay stay open until the snow melts. Here in Tahoe, all the resorts are now closed with over 15 feet of snow still in the upper elevations.

Who needs words? Nice report!
Awesome pics River. You are well aware — I’da loved it too.
I should go back and look at how the cover compares to your earliest TRs this year.
Well played Riv; nothing but Love.
More love to follow next weekend too-

I’ll definitely be back for more this coming weekend. Very impressive run this year.

there is thin
there is very thin.
Then there is thin and very thin together.

I always liked the sign:
